Real Tesla Service Experiences – Long Waits, App-Only Support, Warranty Issues?

Hi everyone,

I’m considering Tesla ownership (or already own one) and I keep running into the same complaints online, so I wanted to ask real owners directly.

A lot of people say Tesla service is almost entirely app-based, it’s hard to reach an actual human, wait times can be long, and warranty claims sometimes turn into arguments or get denied.

Is this really how it works in practice, or is it just a loud minority sharing bad experiences?

I’d really appreciate honest, real-world feedback both good and bad especially about service centers, response times, and warranty handling.
