Good comparison, but these two are not really aimed at the same buyer.
The CX-30 Turbo is the more driver-focused choice: stronger engine, better torque, and a much more engaging feel on the road. The trade-off is that turbo DI engines usually bring more long-term sensitivity, and running costs can climb if the car is driven hard.
The UX Hybrid is the more sensible ownership pick. It is slower, but far more efficient, smoother in daily use, and Lexus hybrid systems generally have the stronger long-term reputation. Its weak point is that for the price, it can feel tight inside and not especially exciting.

So for me, it is simple:
CX-30 Turbo if you care more about performance and driving feel.
UX Hybrid if you care more about efficiency, lower-risk ownership, and daily comfort.
